Book Casa Bear for short-term stay at AirBnB (up to 60 days).

Long-term Month-to-Month Rent

We ask for:

• Tenant pays renters insurance and must provide a proof before check in date
• We might need to perform a background / credit check
• Security deposit is one month rent (before check in) and is fully refundable after check out if the apartment is in original condition

We offer:

• Month-to-month discounted lease
• Apartment is fully furnished
• We pay your utility bills and internet
• We can wash towels, bed sheets, comforters, blankets, placemats (or any fabric items provided in apartment) if needed
